■Non-combustible certified products by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Non-combustible wood refers to materials that have the performance to suppress the spread of fire and the generation of smoke (for 20 minutes). The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism defines the standards for non-combustible wood as "those that have a total heat release of 8 megajoules or less per square meter when heated at 750°C for 20 minutes." "Moen-gen" is a certified product that meets this standard and is committed to thorough quality control. ■Why doesn't it burn? "Moen-gen" is a non-combustible material created by impregnating laminated wood with borate and then drying it (using patented technology from Kanazawa Institute of Technology). When heated by flames, the injected borate foams and creates a layer of glass. This foamed glass layer envelops the wood, blocking oxygen and heat, preventing it from burning. 【Features】 ■Resistant to efflorescence ■Fire resistance ■Available in 25 colors with painted certification ■Thickness compatible with 15mm ■Quality control through full inspection ■One-stop service from wood procurement to processing *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download section.
